RENEE ROYALE is a visual artist with a multifaceted practice that includes writing, programming, and curation.
 
She is the founder of Support Black Art.
Her writing has been featured in various publications including Burnaway, YARD ConceptDepartures, the Observer, the International Review of African American Art
and the Black Aesthetic Volume III.
She was a 2022 recipient of the New Orleans Center for the Gulf South's Monroe Fellowship.

Renee is currently based between New Orleans, LA, and Chicago, IL, where she is pursuing an MFA in Art, Theory, and Practice at Northwestern University.
